About Us

H.E. Freight is a multi faceted General Support Services Company Located in Anne Arundle County Maryland. We are a woman-owned and operated Licensed Motor Carrier, Logistics Specialists, NARA Certified Records Managers and Construction Managers. We proudly serve the Mid-Atlantic and surrounding regions by offering General and Specialized Freight Services, Records Management, Construction Management and General Support Services.  

At H.E. Freight our #1 goal is customer satisfaction! We support that goal by prioritizing safety, consistency, integrity and reliability. We want your processes to be as effortless as possible so we provide simplicity by offering a combined 34 years of industry experience. 

Our Records Managers are NARA Certified. We can digitize, index, handle and manage your delicate physical and electronic records collections. We can perform these services according to your exisiting program requirements or we can assist in developing SOP's and/or SOW's. 

We can handle your logistics needs. We are Licensed Motor Carriers with in-house Planners, Drivers, Dispatchers, Movers and Laborers. We are certified by the FDA in the Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food and we carry a $2 million-dollar general liability policy to protect the freight you put in our hands.  

We are Experinced Contruction Project Managers. We have experince in Residential and Commercial Remodeling, as well as Historic Property Preservation and Historic Preservation Standards. We manage Painting, Flooring, Drywall, Carpentry, Electrical, and Exterior Construction Projects. We manage these projects for you to ensure Quality Workmanship, Building Code Adherence, Budget Compliance and Materials Conservation.
